Pyinstaller error: Failed to create process help!

Hi!

I'm Robertino and I'm Italian.

I installed Pyinstaller 4.1 with Python version 3.9, but Pyinstaller crash with the

message error "Failed to create process". I tried several solutions on Internet but

bone of the methods that I found work. I checked the file pyinstaller-scripy.py but it doesn't not exists in my computer.
