I'm building my application under linux on
Fedora 11
with:
Python 2.6
Qt 4.5.3
PyQt 4.5.4
Qwt 5.1.1

When I try to run the executable under an other Fedora 11 with:
Python 2.6
Qt 4.5.2
I get an error about QT's libraries incompatibility.

How can I solve it??

ciao

I think that there might be a solution for my problem (perhaps some
sort of choice about libraries loading type).
Could anyone help??

please

sorry about the exact error string but I do not have that PC any more.
At the moment. I tried to get the error running my program on a Fedora
live but I can't get it run: it just exits without any notification or
fault. (really strange, uh! I'll check on it an other time).
Anyway the error said that it couldn't load qt 's libraries due to
incompatibility problem.
On the run time PC there are older Qt4 libraries (4.5.2) respect to
the ones I use on the build PC (4.5.3) and no PyQt4 installation is
present.

I downloaded the svn version on October

-F -X (even if I do not have upx on linux)

If you are able to run a similar configuration this would be a link to
my program.

finally I got the PC with the faulty configuration.
te exect eror is "Cannot mix incompatible Qt libraries"

Tha PC has:
Fedora 11 with
Python 2.6-9.fc11
PyQt4 4.5.4-1.fc11
PyQwt 5.1.0-3.fc11
Qt4 4.5.2-3.fc11

as I said, I'm building my application on
Fedora 11
with:
Python 2.6
Qt 4.5.3
PyQt 4.5.4
Qwt 5.1.1

Any way my question is:
doesn't Py installer build a binary that will load all his libraries
from its build package without searching anything on the target
machine??? or there are some libraries that are loaded from there???

thank you a lot for any answer.
ciao
