Programatic Dictionary Updates

Hi Dr. Leo,

I just came across pyhyphen and I'm hoping it will help with a project i'm working on. Most dictionaries lack a large number of peoples names which is understandable. I was wondering if there is a programmatic way for me to add support to parse a first name into Syllables?
