Using dictionaries from the OO 3.2 extensions site

Hello,

I want the 1.0 final release to use the new OO 3.x extension format.
Currently, hyphen.dictools uses the old OO 2.0 site. for the new ext
format there should be some xml file allowing to get hold of the
metadata for all availabile hyphenation dictionaries. Does anyone know
where it is?
