Hello
Does anybody know CDMA 2000 Huawei modem that works correctly with
pyhumod?
I've tested Huawei EC 1260 (BTW yogesh karpate this solution may help
you with your problem)
I was able to connect to internet with Ubuntu, wvdial and EC1260. One
only one thing I had to do is to send
AT+CRM=1 as init sting just after ATZ command.

But i couldn't read SMS with pyhumod's sms_read() and received
"Unknown command" (or smth like that) message.

Please, tell me the solution of my problem with reading and sending
messages via EC1260

Thanks in advance

That's very interesting but the error you cited doesn't say much. Can
you try to send a text again and paste the exact error message?
