PyHC Spring 2025 Meeting Announced

Hi all,

 

I’m about to head out of the country to vacation in Japan for about 3 weeks! I won’t be able to respond to emails until I return (feel free to send Shawn a message if you have an urgent request he can handle in the meantime). However, before I leave, I wanted to be sure we all were aware that our PyHC spring meeting will take place Tuesday, June 3^rd – Thursday, June 5^th at LASP and online on Zoom. I updated the calendar on the PyHC website to show this in case you forget the dates and cannot locate this email.

 

I put together a registration form for the meeting at this link. Note that in-person registration will be due EOD, Tuesday, May 20th, 2025. Virtual attendees can technically fill it out until day of, but I recommend signing up by the week prior to ensure you get reminder emails for the meeting.

 

I will work on the schedule once I’m back in the country, wherein many of you actively involved in PyHC will likely be pinged for presentation/tutorial requests. 😉

Hi all,

 

A gentle reminder to please fill out registration. With travel being as difficult as it is now for many, I’m trying to determine if it’s worth it to keep a hybrid meeting or go fully virtual. I won’t know though until I have a better sampling of the community to see where we’re at with that.

Also, if you’d like to get on the agenda for the meeting, now is your chance to let me know!
