Request to list gcmprocpy on PyHC

Hi PyHC team,

I'm Nikhil Rao, a software engineer at HAO/NSF NCAR. We’ve been working on a tool called gcmprocpy for the post-processing and analysis of TIE-GCM and WACCM-X outputs. Previously named tiegcmpy, we demonstrated this tool at the recent 2024 CEDAR Workshop's TIE-GCM 3.0 demo. Following the workshop, Rebecca Ringuette reached out to us about the possibility of listing tiegcmpy on PyHC.

We've since renamed the tool to gcmprocpy and expanded its functionality to support WACCM-X. We have released the first version of gcmprocpy and would love to join the community and list the tool on PyHC.

Could you please guide us on the steps required for PyHC membership and listing?
