DASH/IHDEA and AGU reminders

Hi all,

 

A couple reminders of upcoming registration/abstract deadlines are below. Please note the blue-colored text that has the deadline date! AGU is coming up end of this month.

 

DASH/IHDEA 2025

The 3^rd Data, Analysis, and Software in Heliophysics (DASH) will be held in San Antonio, Texas 19-22 October 2025. DASH serves as a forum for scientists and software developers to present and discuss algorithms, software, and data systems used throughout Heliophysics, including space and ground-based measurements as well as models. It will be followed by the International Heliophysics Data Environment Alliance (IHDEA) annual meeting, which encourages the use of common standards and services to enable sharing of data and to enhance science for Heliophysics. https://dash2025.space.swri.edu/

·         Travel support for scientists/research engineers working for US institutions 

·         Abstract deadline: 8 August 2025

The meeting is hybrid, but in-person attendance is strongly encouraged.

 

AGU 2025

 

AGU abstract submissions are open, and PyHC has a session! Please consider making a submission on your project (be it new features, updates, moving to the cloud, interoperability work, etc.) or new work. We’d love to “pack the house” for our annual session! Abstract deadline is Wednesday, 30 July 23:59 EDT/03:59 UTC.
