PyHC Spring 2025 Meeting Going Fully Virtual

Hello all,

 

Due to the current travel restrictions faced by many of our community members, I’ve made the decision to transition the PyHC Spring 2025 Meeting from hybrid to fully remote. We’ll follow our usual format for fully-virtual meetings; the spring 2025 meeting will now run Mon, June 2^nd – Thurs, June 5^th, 9 – 11 AM MT each day on Zoom. Hopefully, we can revisit an in-person component for the Spring 2026 meeting.

 

I’ve begin putting together a draft agenda with the new format here. If you’re hoping to present something to the community, this is your chance to send me a direct message and inquire. Also, if you have not yet registered for the meeting, I still ask that everyone do so at this link. Web page with information all in one spot to come soon.

 

In the meantime, if it is possible within your travel budget and plans, I hope you’ll consider attending other relevant upcoming meetings in-person (e.g., DASH/IHDEA 2025, US-RSE 2025, GEM/CEDAR/SHINE, SciPy, etc.).
