Pygraphviz cannot re-use .dot file positions

Hi all,

Iam trying to make many draws of the same graph, but iam changing node's fillcolors. Seens that pygraphviz cannot acknowledge that .dot  with positions as have a layout, this happens when i try to reload a previous saved .dot (for the purpose of re-using the same node positions !!!) . The result is that i cannot do the same graph two times, but with different colors.

Is this a bug ?

That issue seemed to be fixed by using recent versions of Graphviz.

Hi, i installed libgraphviz-dev through the package manager and the song remains the same, cannot reuse .dot file positions as the previous use.

Are you sure that this behavior is fixed for these versions ? what version is it ?
