Generating SVG with width and height set to 100%

Hi,

Is there a way in pygraphviz by which i can specify the width and height of SVG generated to be 100% so that it fits my browser window properly? 

Some arguments which can be passed ?

I am also having issues with getting the size of the image right. The width is fine but the height is shrunk.

Any suggestions please
