AGraph Graphviz do not release file handles on Windows

Hello all,

   I am using pygraphviz 1.7 with Graphviz 2.47.1 on a Windows 10 machine. I create o lot o Agraph objects, and I am having problems after 521 files. I know this is a know issue:

   And I saw CristiFati proposed a solution:

    But I am still getting this error. Someone could help me to understand if this solution is not in version 1.7?
