PyGraphviz 1.7 released

I am happy to announce the release of PyGraphviz 1.7!

This is a minor release to support Python 3.7-3.9 and Graphviz 2.42 or
later. The major focus of this release was on improving the
installation process. Please see the installation guide for details:
https://pygraphviz.github.io/documentation/stable/install.html

We will continue to focus on improving the installation process for
the next release, so please let us know if you have any difficulties
installing pygraphviz using the new install instructions.
