Hi.
I'm using pygooglechart and I found an issue when you send unicode
with special chars like (á, é, í, ó, ú, etc) the bug is produced by
the urllib.qoute function, I fixed it using django's urlqoute helper
function.
It can be fixed that way, but it's not the most correct way.
