AVbin 9 progress

I've made more progress on AVbin 9 than I anticipated. I've
successfully made the switch to Libav 0.6.6 for all six supported
platforms for building, and I've personally tested running it on 5 of
the platforms.

The remaining items for AVbin 9 are pretty straightforward:
