I did some tests the other day on Philip's fork, and will be doing more today on the main alpha.

Should I repost the lot here, or would someone prefer a direct copy?

Tests are best done on the main branch now as Philip has merged and is
not working in his own branch any longer.

I know, but his branch didn't exhibit the Cocoa problems I pointed out. It was done at his behest as a sort of sanity check, so I was wondering if it would be useful for you to know that.

Ah, I apologise. I'll leave any further response to Philip.

Sorry, for some reason I thought that the last test report that you emailed me was for the main branch, not for the clone.  If it's true that the clone really isn't giving you the crashing problems that you were experiencing with the main branch, then I'll go ahead and remove the multi-monitor related NSScreen code that's in the main branch since it's the only difference between the two and as far as I know it doesn't currently work anyway.

I did "clone" your repo - the evilphillip-cocoa-ctypes2 clone:

http://code.google.com/r/evilphillip-cocoa-ctypes2/source/checkout

And yes, that did not blow up. :)

Unfortunately I spent some time today rebuilding an Android kernel (don't ask...), so I couldn't test anything on my desktop Mac.

Let me know what repo to checkout and test over the weekend (or on Monday) and I'll resume the testing once any changes have gone in...

Regards,

R.
