Issue 351: Ogg playback is stuttering with example media player

New issue report by evilhecubus:
Attempting to play one of the included ogg files with the example media
player results in playback that is choppy and in "slow motion." I'm not a
media expert, but it sounds like there's a sample rate mismatch somewhere.
AVBin is properly installed, and regular WAV files are playing correctly.

Version: pyglet 1.1.1
OS: Ubuntu Hardy
