Pylons trunk and other things

I think we shoud work off of Pylons trunk this weekend, so it would be
a good idea to get that installed and tested on your machine before
the sprint.

The trunk has several enhancements, including a new base pylons app
which is more easily subclassable (usefull to us!). And a brand new
TurboGears style config object.

Ben is also planning to use babel for internationalization, and may
even have started work. He also suggests:

"ideally, the way I'd suggest to override the url resolution, is to
kick-in if the Routes middleware can't handle it. That way you could
actually put TG 2.0 controllers in the app, or normal Pylons ones. And
if the Routes middleware doesn't turn up anything, then the TG style
dispatch kicks in.
