The log file was not zero length, but I don't understand why there is line "125 Data connection already open"?

"Data connection already open" means PASV was issued, and at the time
STOR was issued the data connection (opened by PASV) was already
established.
That's legit, don't worry.

Are you 100% sure the file length was != 0?
Are you using 0.7.0 version or latest SVN source?
I recommend to avoid development version, especially lately that I'm
working on it.

Yes, I am sure that the file length was !=0, because we tested it for FreeBSD pro-ftpd.

I am using 0.7.0 version...
