Error estimation of the final model

Hi

How can i have a realistic error estimation of the final model for each parameters? I mean, imagine i got the final model with 5 parameters using GA and now i want to know how accurate they are? One approach could be get a STD or Variance of the parameters in the best individuals, but as they are converged to the final model, it could not be a realistic error. Any suggestion?
