non-western language dictionary?

I have searched and found something like http://stackoverflow.com/questions/35757407/how-to-add-dictionary-to-pyenchant
But, as the title says, I still cannot find dict for Chinese/Japanese. Does enchant support them? If does, where can I get the dic? If not, is there any spellchecking lib can do that?
