About the Position.

Background

Lead Generation team in OpenSCG is accountable to generate new business leads, working from scratch. Lead is a potential customer who is willing to talk to OpenSCG. The process broadly involves the following

• Intelligent search on various web based sources to identify companies that have a potential to be a customer
• Identify the key contacts at such potential companies
• Strategize the communication to the contacts and pursue till it converts to a Lead 

Currently we have a team of 4 team members lead by a very knowledgable and intelligent Digital Marketing professional.  This person reports into me.  Three of the current team including the leader have been with us for more than 3 years. They have learnt a great deal and are committed to the role.  

The requirement is for 5 graduates to come on board; get trained on the job; and grow with us. We have done some analysis and deduced that Graduates with communication skills and a flair for marketing will be the most suitable for this role.  Two of the existing team are such graduates hired from St. Francis in Hyderabad in 2014 and are excellently growing in their roles.

CTC: Rs. 20,000 per month plus performance incentives paid quarterly (Usually the incentives will kick in from third quarter as it takes about 3 to 4 months for the individual to become productive)  

Location:  Hyderabad. Possibility to be based in Bangalore for very deserving recruit.

 

While I understand that this is quite late in the game, it will be of great help us talking to any of the your students that may be interested in this role. Once you confirm the availability of such prospective recruits, I will introduce our recruitment head to take this forward.
