Hi!

Don't know the name of the owner and forgot the name of the pg, but it's a very nice place to stay, for Rs 6,000 a month (4 sharing in 2016). It's on the road opposite Jain hospital, very comfortable and quite flexible. Here's the number of the owner:

BLACKLIST: Naveen apartments, Satya homes. Manager of the pg: Shaheen. Ridiculously overpriced with a manager that is so sly and wicked, she'll hunt for reasons to fine you. She has a deadline of 9 PM and if you go late, will make you stay out in the road all night but won't let you through the gate. 

Very difficult to stay here as a student of CommE because we work late. I had the good fortune of wonderful roommates but more often than not, you have snobbish roommates.
