pydot under Python 3

Hi,

I created a version of pydot that runs under Python 2 (2.6 and 2.7 at
least) and 3. All unittests run through, and I think that behaviour
under Python 2 didn't change. Under Python 3 everything is now handled
as Unicode internally, of course.

Here are patches for the three source files:
