pydot dead?

Is pydot dead?  Does it need new maintainers?  It would be nice to get a version on pypi that had some of the issues fixed where patches exist (#69, #81, etc.).

Hi,

It is not dead but, as you can see, I find myself lacking a lot of
time to maintain the project as it'd deserve. I have had offers to
help maintain it and I've been meaning to look into those and also
handle the issues for a long time. I will try to move things forward
soon.
