Hi,

I had pydna installed and working well, but its stopped working all together in that I cannot get it to import in Atom or Sublime Text Editor. If I open python via terminal and type
import pydna

I get no errors. However with a text editor I get this:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/var/folders/63/h87j0b2j03lc5rl8qz96p8t00000gn/T/atom_script_tempfiles/6a5fbec0-4873-11ea-abf4-b3752e02c1b5", line 1, in <module>
    import pydna
ImportError: No module named pydna
[Finished in 0.094s]

I've tried to pip uninstall and reinstall – it did not fix it. Thoughts?

Hi, I use Spyder myself, so I am not sure how the atom or Sublime Text Editor works.

How did you install pydna the first time? and which version?
I assume you are on linux?

Import pydna
pydna.__version__

Are you using the system python installation or some environment like conda or virtualenv ?

The fact that you have an installation on your machine but atom seem not to be able to find it
suggests that some environment variable somewhere is wrong?
