Gel package

Hello, I saw a gel package in the source code, but somehow can not find it in the pydna module. Is it included in the installation?

Thank you for your interest in pydna.

The gel module is immature, and I didnt write any tests or documentation for it yet.

I also just realized that the code in the latest release is probably does not work.

What is your use case for the gel function? I might be persuaded to give it some attention in the near future.

You will need to have pygame installed for it to work as well.

Hi, I dont know if you still need it , but pydna now has functionality for gel electrophoresis. 

This is build on top of matplotlib. See the example here.
