v5.2.0 released

[pydna]

Hi all, 

This version has a couple of deep bugs around the handling of features.

Anyone using pydna should probably upgrade.

I only build pip packages for now, the conda packages takes too much time to build.

I originally made these because biopython could only be easily installed with conda.

It now seems like there are wheels for all platforms that work.

I might reconsider if conda packages are needed.
