Hi, I am happy to hear that you consider pydna useful.
I developed pydna as a way to document genetic constructions in a way that
would be both easy to read and easy to verify. This seems to me ever more important as
the number of constructs and people involved in their construction and use increase.
I am in the process of releasing the next version which may have some backwards incompatibility. I have reduced the codebase somewhat by removing some functionality rarely used and better solved by other packages. What is new is 100% (or close) test coverage and preservation of features in the
homologous recombination module.
