pydna 4.0.0a2 released

Hi all, there is a new pydna 4.0.0a2 version.

This has a new gel function that is less advanced but faster and easier to use. This code is very fresh, so please give me feedback if you find it useful. Not much in the way of documentation yet. 

There is also a way to store a primer list in a google doc.

install with 

pip install pydna==4.0.0a2

or 

conda install -c bjornfjohansson pydna==4.0.0a2
