Hi!

Is it possible to simulate Gateway cloning using pydna? If so, are there any examples on how to do it?

Hi, thanks for your interest in pydna. There is not anything specific regarding

gateway cloning in pydna at the moment. This only reflect the fact that I

use restriction enzyme cloning and homologous recombination.

However, I am always looking for ways to expand the functionality of pydna and

implementing Gateway cloning should be easy. Could you tell me a bit more about your use case?

Which one is commonly used?

Once the entry clone is made, further manipulations are made like this ?
