A new version of pydicom, v2.1.0, has been released and is ready for 'pip install'.

Release notes are at https://pydicom.github.io/pydicom/stable/release_notes/. Please have a look - there are a number of new configuration options, enhancements, and bug fixes.

Many thanks to everyone who contributed, reviewed, helped with documentation, etc.
