Can we extract depth information from 2D XRay DiCoM files?

With other modalities like CT/MRI, we have slices which contribute to 3D volume, but with XRay, we just have 2D images. I want to convert the 2D points to 3D points, but I haven't found any relevant metadata in DiCoM files for accomplishing that.

No and it has nothing to do with DICOM.  All x-ray images acquired with a 2D detector are superpositions i.e. projection of 3D structures at different distances magnified by correspondingly different amounts. Information is lost and it cannot be recovered without a priori knowledge.  Reconstructed images like CT are obtained by combining many projection images obtained by a detector from many different directions.
