Greetings all,

I'm pleased to announce that version 0.4.0 of pyscenarios is now available on pypi and conda.

pyscenarios is a library for the generation of Monte Carlo shocks starting from a correlation matrix, a SOBOL generator, and a collection of related tools for statistical analysis. It supports delayed generation through dask.

v0.4.0 is a release maintenance that guarantees support for the latest versions of python, numpy and dask.
