Type hinting

Hi,

recently I saw this package https://github.com/CedricFR/dataenforce.

Sadly, it doesn't work with mypy.

Is there mypy way of type checking not only dataframe, but its format which includes (multy)columns names, (multy)columns format, (multy)index names, (multy)index formats?

It would be really nice if we have an oportunity to set function/method signature that will ensure that input and output dataframes are in certain formats.
