Hi,

pd.read_hdf

is supposed to work for URLs, as long as the file is os.pathlike, but for some reason when I use an s3 URL (i.e. "http://s3.amazonaws.com/bucket_name/file_name.h5") I get a FileNotFound error. How do I resolve this? The same error goes for pd.read_feather when I am linking to a feather file.
