ANN: pandas v1.3.5

Hi all,

I'm pleased to announce the release of pandas v1.3.5.

This is a patch release in the 1.3.x series and includes some regression fixes. We recommend that all users upgrade to this version.

The release can be installed from PyPI

    python -m pip install --upgrade pandas==1.3.5

Or from conda-forge

    conda install -c conda-forge pandas==1.3.5
