pandas-datareader - Not Working - SOLUTION

pandas-datareader has stopped working to collect data due to an encoding of data by Yahoo! Finance.

I have used some decryption codee to fix issue#952. I managed to create a pull request that fixes the bug that prevented pandas-datareader from retrieving stock data.

Tested on my original code and is working like normal, but those were limited tests just for something I am working for in my dissertation.

I hope that you can take someone here is able to look at and hopefully merge in the PR to get pandas-datareader working again.
