ENH: improved JSON interface ?

Hello,
But before going further in the development of the solution, I would like to know if you think it is important to have a simple, complete and reversible JSON interface (for example in the event of a gradual abandonment of the CSV format).
The data type is not explicitely taken into account in the current JSON interface (except with `orient=table`.
Nevertheless, the current Json interface is not reversible (`to_json` then `read_json` does not always return the initial object).
The proposal made in the issue #53252 answers this problem (the example at the beginning of the attached Notebook simply and clearly illustrates the interest of the proposal).
