ANN: xarray v0.16.0

The xarray developers are pleased to announce the release of xarray v0.16.0.

This release adds:

• xarray.cov & xarray.corr for covariance & correlation respectively
• idxmax & idxmin methods
• polyfit method & xarray.polyval for fitting polynomials
• Control over attributes using combine_attrs keyword in a number of combining functions
  
• Increased support for unit aware arrays with pint
