state of Pydap meeting 12 October 1600h UTC

Hi all:per subject, we are holding a state of Pydap meeting this

Friday at 1600h UTC [1].

Given the interest in reviving Pydap we hope folks can join us

on the Gitter channel [2] to discuss state of affairs and way

forward.  Please feel free to update the agenda/include other

items for discussion.
