Hi All,

I am able to successfully import NanoScope (.000, .001,...) files using the BrukerAFMTranslator and investigate the h5 file. I can see all of the channels and display the images, but I cannot get the Z-scale correct. If I open the files in Gwyddion, the scales appear to be correct. However, I can't seem to find the right scaling factors in the h5 file header when importing in Pycroscopy (v0.60.6 on W10 using Anaconda). If anyone has any experience with these files (from a Dimension Icon microscope using NanoScope v8.15), I would really appreciate it as I'd love to be able to use Pycroscopy for some batch processing.

Thank you for the help!

Hi,

I can take a look, can you please send an example file that shows this problem?

Kind Regards,
Rama
