Previous studies have reported that some important loci are missed in single-locus genome-wide association studies (GWAS), especially because of the large phenotypic error in field experiments. To solve this issue, multi-locus GWAS methods have been recommended. However, only a few software packages for multi-locus GWAS are available. Therefore, we developed an R software named mrMLM v4.0.2. This software integrates mrMLM, FASTmrMLM, FASTmrEMMA, pLARmEB, pKWmEB, and ISIS EM-BLASSO methods developed by our lab. There are four components in mrMLM v4.0.2, including dataset input, parameter setting, software running, and result output. The fread function in data.table is used to quickly read datasets, especially big datasets, and the doParallel package is used to conduct parallel computation using multiple CPUs. In addition, the graphical user interface software mrMLM.GUI v4.0.2, built upon Shiny, is also available. To confirm the correctness of the aforementioned programs, all the methods in mrMLM v4.0.2 and three widely-used methods were used to analyze real and simulated datasets. The results confirm the superior performance of mrMLM v4.0.2 to other methods currently available. False positive rates are effectively controlled, albeit with a less stringent significance threshold. mrMLM v4.0.2 is publicly available at BioCode ( ) or R ( -project.org/web/packages/mrMLM.GUI/index.html) as an open-source software.

The source of the problem was our project was generated by Sencha Cmd v3.1.2.342. When we upgraded to Sencha Cmd v4.0.2.67 and the project went through the upgrade process. The format of the file and the properties changed. The legacy properties used by Sencha Cmd v3.1.2.342, and some paths, no longer existed with Sencha Cmd v4.0.2.67. The merge process during the upgrade does its best to keep your legacy properties; even if they break things. Breaking the build.

I would recommend creating a sample project with Sencha Cmd v4.0.2.67, and perform a diff of the sample project build.properties file against the project where the build is broken. We had about 70 lines of custom properties for output directories, SASS and CSS paths that were no longer valid.

Migrating an SDK project for S32K1xx devices between SDK v4.0.1 and v4.0.2 is not as simple as attach and detaching the SDKs. It is complicated by the fact that SDK v4.0.1 is supported by only S32DS v3.3 and SDK v4.0.2 is supported by only S32DS v3.4. So this means both SDKs will not be present at the same time in one version of S32DS. In addition, the method for attaching the SDKs changed between SDK v4.0.1 and v4.0.2. In v4.0.1, the SDKs were added to the S32DS project via a link. In v4.0.2, the SDK files are added to the S32DS project by copying the actual files into the project.

WiX v4.0.2 is now available. WiX v4.0.2 contains fixes for a handful of bugs serious enough to warrant another point release of WiX v4. Half of those bugs came about from my work with a FireGiant customer moving to WiX v4, including work to take advantage of the new WiX v4 build pipeline to replace extensions and utilities that built on top of WiX v3. We're grateful for their help uncovering these bugs. Remember that FireGiant customers get the benefit of guaranteed bug fixes for WiX and, for some, the priceless opportunity to work directly with me.

We recommend WiX v4.0.2 for customers using WiX v4. (If you're not yet on WiX v4, don't worry; FireGiant continues to fully support WiX v3, including guaranteed bug fixes.) If you're not yet a FireGiant support customer, sign up here. We're offering new and renewing customers expert help migrating to WiX v4.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We were able to reproduce the issue with Elementor v3.0.16, Rankmath v1.0.56.1, and Yoast Duplicate Post v4.0.2. Having those plugins enabled and visiting the Pages-All Pages viewed rendered the warnings.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) has published an updated version of the AWS Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) Consensus Assessment Initiative Questionnaire (CAIQ). The questionnaire has been completed using the current CSA CAIQ standard, v4.0.2 (06.07.2021 update), and is now available for download.
