pyControl version 1.7 release

pyControl version 1.7 is now available to download from the releases page. This release adds new functionality developed by Andy Lustig, which allows users to customise the dialog used to set variables for individual tasks, as in the image below.  See the GUI docs for details.

This release also modifies the Rsyn_aligner tool, used for aligning data between different systems, removing the need for users to manually specify the units pulse times are recorded in on each system.  See the Synchronisation docs for details.
