Python 3.9 compat' release

Hi !

I'm a user of pycollada and I would like to try it with python 3.9 (it's working well with python 2.7, btw :)). I saw that there is a fix for python 3.9 and some other commits in master that are not released [0]. Is it possible to make a patch version (0.7.2) ? How can I help ?
