PyClone User Extensions

I am aware of several people who have worked on various tools built around PyClone. It is exciting to see that people have adopted PyClone and added additional functionality. This thread is a place for people who wish to share their work. I would suggest posting either links to github or bitbucket repositories. Some extension I am aware of include 

1. Scripts for preparing the input to PyClone
2. Methods for visualizing the output of PyClone using shiny
3. Methods to interface PyClone with tree building software

I have made a function that takes Mutect2 and TitanCNA outputs and converts them into Pyclone input format, if anyone is interested can be found at:
