Is it possible to use ABSOLUTE results as input for tumor CNA?

Allele-specific CNA information for tumor is required to generate an input file in PyClone. TitanCNA is a good fit for this.
I think ABSOLUTE can be also used for this purpose, but I am not sure.
Can I use ABSOLUTE results for this purpose?

I have never run ABSOLUTE, so I cannot comment on its outputs. Probably best to contact the authors of ABSOLUTE.
