Which PyChess version should I download to use for macOS Monterey version 12.4?

I am using a MacBook Pro with operating system macOS Monterey (version 12.4). I'd like to download PyChess and have visited this page:   https://pychess.github.io/download/

But I am not clear what version I should download that would be compatible with my computer. Can anyone please offer any suggestions?

You can use the source code archives (.zip or .tar.gz) fromhere https://github.com/pychess/pychess/releases and then follow https://github.com/pychess/pychess/blob/master/INSTALL_MACOS
