Thanks a lot for your post. I've done similar things with Django but
my output was always a png file. Having an example which delivers a
SVG to the browser is pretty helpful for me and others too.
Just one little thing: can you change the link to
http://www.lorenzogil.com/projects/pycha/ to point to
http://bitbucket.org/lgs/pycha/ which is the official website? Thanks!

can be embedded in the returned page?
