planning pycha 0.5.1

Hi everybody,

I'm thinking about releasing a new version of pycha (0.5.1) in the
next month. I need to review some patches from Simon about keeping the
ticks labels inside the graph area no matter the padding values.

Let me know if there are more patches you want included in this new
release. I won't probably accept more new features for this release
but bug fixes are very welcomed.
